A haven of peace on a perched valley, you'll enjoy a restful view over the fields and private lake. From the pool, you can see the bastide town of Saint-Pastour. Halfway between Agen and Bergerac, you'll be ideally situated for visiting the Lot-et-Garonne, Dordogne and Lot regions. There's a shared swimming pool with the owners (12x5 m.), and a private 120m² covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The gîte features a large 55m² living room with fireplace, TV, fitted kitchen and 2 dining areas. An office with sofa bed, bedroom with 160cm bed, shower room with Italian shower. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (2x 2 x 90cm beds) and a mezzanine with a convertible sofa and balcony. Fishing available in the owners' lake. The pool area is shared with the owners and is available from 8am to 7pm.
