Settle down in this studio on the second floor with a cosy atmosphere, bright and furnished, small but functional in the heart of a very quiet area in Nerac with its garden without vis-à-vis on the first floor, in the middle of which is a beautiful terrace, equipped with 2 sunbeds, table and chairs, which will allow you to recharge your batteries.
The whole and the independent entrance are entirely private: welcome to your home during your stay!
A small laundry room is available on the first floor, under the studio. A discreet and closed shelter is also at your service to store two bikes or a scooter. Parking at the foot of the building.
