Listed as a Historic Monument, it is one of the largest neo-Gothic basilicas in the region and dates from the 19th century. The basilica was built in 1897 for the canonization of Pierre Fourier on the site of the former church of Mattaincourt where he had officiated. You can discover there the magnificent stained glass windows from the workshop of Gabriel Loire, the bays, starry vault, gilded wooden reliquary offered by the Duchess of Lorraine and the chapel of relics located to the right of the choir.
