Maison du Parc National des Pyrénées

Located in the center of the village of Laruns, next to the Tourist Office, the house of the Pyrenees National Park welcomes you and offers free visits, an exhibition area: fauna, flora, life in altitude. You will be able to see films about this preserved area
The National Park is an exceptional natural territory. In the Ossau Valley, nearly 8,000 hectares make up the heart of this protected area. A programme of temporary exhibitions and themed conferences is offered throughout the summer: nature, culture and heritage. In addition, in July and August, the wardens offer a programme of discovery of the Park (fauna, flora, pastoralism) and meeting points in the field for free discussion and direct observation of birds of prey, marmots and isards.
