Gite situated on the first floor of a building entirely renovated with ecological materials, on a small wine growing estate on the outskirts of a village between Narbonne and Lézignan Corbières. You will be welcomed by Fanny, a passionate winemaker with whom, on request, you will share a moment at the end of the afternoon in her vineyard or around a tasting. The gite has a terrace on the first floor, and a small garden with furniture and barbecue. Close to the sea at 30mn you will also be able to quickly reach the various sites of the Cathar country and visit Carcassonne 40mn. Swimming pool at the "espace liberté" in Narbonne 15mn. Trade in the village The access to the gite is by an outside staircase which leads to a terrace of about 12 m² with a garden table. Inside, living room-kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 180 and 1 bed 90, shower room and separate toilet. Electric heating in addition. Board games and books available. Cleaning products provided.
