Welcome to Chez Clem, a tea room/wine bar/eating bar & brunch (Sundays only, by reservation) located in downtown Pau. It's the dream of a young woman from Pau, Clémentine, who has returned to her roots.
Come and enjoy local & seasonal produce on the terrace or indoors, just a 2-minute walk from the Boulevard des Pyrénées. On the menu: aperitif platters of charcuterie from Lahouratate or cheese from Laiterie Paloise or mixed. All vegetables are organic, supplied by La Ferme d?à côté. Local beers from La Brasserie béarnaise will delight your taste buds, and Java, a group of independent winegrowers, will introduce you to the wines of the southwest. All pastries are homemade & with love, accompanied by Le Jardin Mademoiselle tea, exclusive to the Pyrénées Atlantiques!
