Museum of the Ardennes - Charleville-Mézières

A visit to the Ardennes Museum is essential to understand the magnificent ducal square and, more generally, the foundation and development of this ideal city imagined by Charles de Gonzague , Duke of Nevers. Several Ardennes artists are also exhibited, such as Eugène Damas (1844-1899) who sublimated the beauty of the landscapes and rural life.
