The Saint Peter's Church (Collegiale Saint-Pierre), classified as a historical monument in 1862.

The Bailiff's House (baillage) (bailiff court), in Flemish Renaissance style, built between 1595 and 1600, financed by taxes on beer. The then mayor received permission for this from Brussels. It was classified as a historical monument in 1886.

Town Hall with the Belfry of Aire-sur-la-Lys, baroque, built under King Louis XIV, classified as a historical monument in 1947.

The Saint James the Greater and Saint Ignatius Church (Église Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur-et-Saint-Ignace), built in 1682, classified as a historical monument in 1942.

Old Hôtel du Gouveneur built in 1635, registered as a historical monument in 1947.

The refuge house of the Saint Augustine Abbey of Clarques, registered as a historical monument in 1947.

Hôtel d'Orgeville from the early 19th century, registered as a historical monument in 1948.

Hôpital Saint-Jean from the early 18th century, registered as a historical monument in 1946 and 1947.

The remains of Fort Saint-François or Fort Gassion, registered as a historical monument in 1990.

On the municipal Cemetery of Aire-sur-la-Lys is a British military plot with about 900 fatalities from World War I.

The Caserne Taix and the Caserne Listenois, barracks from the late 17th and early 18th centuries, registered as historical monuments in 2002.

Brasserie de la Lys, a former brewery and malt house, registered as a historical monument in 1999.

Several houses were registered as historical monuments in 1948: a house from 1638 at Rue d'Arras 2, a building from 1720 at Rue du Bourg 2 and one from 1722 at Rue du Bourg 4, a house from 1717 at Rue de Saint-Omer 7, one from the first half of the 16th century at Rue de Saint-Omer 28 and one from the second half of the 18th century at Rue de Saint-Omer 31.

Porte d'Arras (Arras Gate) and Porte de Saint-Omer (Saint-Omer Gate), which were dismantled at the end of the 19th century and rebuilt for the stadium. The gate was registered as a historical monument in 1946.

The Saint Quentin's Church (Église Saint-Quentin), in the village of Saint-Quentin, belonging to the municipality of Aire-sur-la-Lys, classified as a historical monument in 1989.
