"Millevaches, Land of a Thousand Springs" had numerous mills. While the current landscape is characterized by meadows and forests, cereals were once essential. The uniqueness of Razel is that it has three mills on the same site: while the inhabitants of Razel and Chaumeil built the central communal mill, two wealthier families constructed the other two.
