Casteljaloux, the gateway to the Landes de Gascogne forest, is an ideal starting point for this walk, which begins and ends in the forest, attacking the more rugged slopes of the southern Marmandais region
The views of the Landes, the Garonne valley and the hills of the tomato capital are then wide open. In addition to nature, you will see many listed churches and some remarkable castles along the way.
