The most beautiful mountain ride I've ever done! You start with the fantastically beautiful Signal de Bisanne. A fairly narrow but asphalted road. There is no one around, so you feel completely alone in nature. On your left, you have the mountain, and to your right, a stunning view of the valley. In front of you is Mont Blanc, which you can almost touch. At the top, you can really look all around the mountain. This is also a very tough climb; the first 17 km are already beautifully rising at about 6.5%, and when you reach the inhabited world, starting from the village of Bisanne 1500, you begin the last 4 km, with an average above 10%! The next pass is Cormet de Roselend. A bit busier but very beautiful, and this one should not be underestimated either. First, you climb 12 km at around 8%, with 1 km at 5%, then you can catch your breath at Lac de Roselend, where you have 2 gently descending km's. After that, it rises again for another 4 km at 8%, and the last 2 km are 6% and 4%. So definitely not to be underestimated! After this tough ride, you can rest at the beautiful Lac de Roselend...
