Route between Bordeaux - Lacanau Océan via the Bordeaux Lacanau bike path (about 60 km) then we find the Velodyssée to head up the Médoc to the Pointe de Grave (about 80 km).
The route is entirely on bike paths, so no traffic (except for the last 10 kilometers) and fully paved.
The surface is generally very good. With the exception of a 3 km section towards Maubuisson - Carcans beach where tree roots deform the path quite a bit. Fortunately, it is a very winding section where you ride slowly.
