Basque Country - from the pass of Roland to Sare

Depart from Itxassou via the Roland Pass, then turn left onto the bridge and join Bidarray along the left bank, via a small country road, then head up to the center of the village and towards St Etienne de Baigorry (right at the big parking lot!) via the schoolchildren's path, amidst the farms, towards St Etienne de B., heading for the Ispegi pass, take a moment to refresh while admiring the landscape before crossing into Spain, a descent particularly appreciated by motorcyclists, to reach Aritzkun and the N121 towards France (to the right) where we can take a break from the curves and after 5.5kms of climbing, turn left onto the road to Orabidea (Na4458). After 7kms take a right towards Zugarramurdi, from there the surface is rough and resembles more of a track, but it is passable by a GT!...7 kms later, we arrive at Ezkisaroi Lepoa (shoulder pass!) and literally plunge down to Zugarramurdi, welcome to the land of witches!...on the square to the left towards Sare through the countryside and a small relaxing road!
