Nice little walk lasting about 1 hour.
You will discover the beginning of the Vosges and especially enjoy the landscape as well as the driving. The forest part is superb and still little frequented.
If you have a bit of time, you can take the opportunity to visit some castle ruins, notably the Hohlandsbourg castle from which you will discover a magnificent viewpoint over the Alsatian plain.
WARNING: In wet weather, the road is slippery in the forest.
