Monemvasia is an amazing rock in the sea with an even more amazing old and renovated city built on it. I suggest to get lunch in the city. It's nice and fresh in those narrow streets. The town might feel a bit like a museum, but there are great spots. You can go a bit more south (5km) to get to some beaches for the afternoon!
