The Embros Thermae is a hot spring on the Greek island of Kos. The source is located on the southeast coast of the island, approximately 13 kilometers from the town of Kos, at the end of the coastal road. A few meters from the coast, the spring water, with a temperature between 40 and 50 degrees, rises from the bottom and goes through an artificial water gutter to a constructed catchment basin, which is connected to the Aegean Sea. There is a pebble beach around the basin. Because the water is heated by volcanic heat, it gives off a sulfur-like odor.
