Did you know that the tourist development in Nidri and the surrounding area was stopped by Onassis. He especially wanted to keep the area around his island Skorpios quiet. Although he provided much employment in the area, it was with mixed feelings that the inhabitants of Nidri looked at the clan around Onassis.
