I would advise you to take an elextric bike (there are plenty of shops in the main city of Spetses where you can rent one) for this tour, unless you are well trained. Especially in the summer. The tour takes you around the complete island of Spetses and offers some great views an dplenty of opportunities to swim. Take enough water because there are not that many opporunties to buy water along your way.
