This walk runs through the interior of Sífnos from the beautiful beach of Platýs Gialós to Apollonía. The first part of the walk passes underneath the monastery of Panagía tou Vounoú, which you can visit if you wish. Halfway you pass the monastery of Panagía Vrýsis, which is worth a visit with its beautiful iconostási. The second half consists of a nice path that first offers a magnificent view of Kástro from time to time and then curves towards Káto Petáli and Apollonía.
