Zagori: Mikro Papingo-Astraka refuge

The coronation of all the beautiful hikes that can be done from Mikró Pápingo is certainly the hike to the refuge of Astráka and the continuation thereafter to the Drakólimni. The nice trails are obvious - they are abundantly marked with O3 marks - and the scenery is beautiful. During the climb to the refuge, you pass 4 sources, so that the problem of drinking water is also solved.
It is almost impossible to do the hike to the lake in one day, so we strongly recommend to spend the night at the refuge.
