Poreč and its immediate surroundings offer numerous possibilities for bike rides. This easy circular tour leads from the seaside, through the villages of Poreč countryside and again along the coast back to Poreč. Quiet roads, easy climbs, vineyards, olive grows and meadows are a true treat for every cycling lover. 

We start at the seaside following the road through Červar to Tar. After the village Gedići, we arrive to Baredine, Istria's most beautiful cave and a great spot for a short break. Besides the stunning geomorphological formations, here you can also see the endemic Proteus fish. 

The road leads to Bačva and further through Žbandaj and Dračevac to Fuškulin. Here we recommend a visit to Mića konoba, where you can taste fine wines and domestic cuisine while enjoying beautiful views of west Istrian coast. After Fuškulin the tour follows a short gravel section to Funtana, from here we ride along the coastal paths back to Poreč. This part of the tour passes by a number of beautiful beaches; in summer months, we recommend you to bring the swimsuits and make a stop for swimming.
