Description by the author

This recreational cycle route starts at Ferencváros Station and takes you along a part of Eurovelo 6, a European cycle route from the Atlantic Ocean in France to the Black Sea. From the Rackozi Bridge you cycle along the Danube to Óbuda, the oldest part of Budapest, and continue cycling to the Árpád Bridge. The cycle route then continues along Margaret Island and takes you via Heroes' Square and St. Stephen's Basilica to Kopaszi Gát, an ideal peninsula to end this beautiful cycle route.
