Experience the tranquility of Knocksink’s small yet scenic woodland trail.

Knocksink Wood Walk is a moderately challenging trail ideal for reasonably fit walkers. The walkway showcases the natural beauty of Wicklow and the stunning nature which surrounds the trail. The trail conveniently connects to a portion of the Wicklow Way and is home to an array of wildlife.

Remember to bring proper hiking equipment, as the trail can get muddy due to the river running through the valley.

Distance: 8.4km
Total height climbed: 256m
Terrain underfoot: Partially paved, muddy beyond the bridge
Suitable for: Families with older children, adults

Notes: Not suitable for pushchairs/wheelchairs etc
