Osini is a comune in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 70 kilometres northeast of Cagliari and about 20 kilometres southwest of Tortolì. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 925 and an area of 39.6 square kilometres .
Osini borders the following municipalities: Cardedu, Gairo, Jerzu, Lanusei, Loceri, Tertenia, Ulassai, Ussassai.
