Il Giardino di Daniel Spoerri is a sculpture park by the Swiss sculptor Daniel Spoerri in Seggiano in the Tuscany region.
Around 1990 Spoerri bought a plot of 18 hectares near the Monte Amiata, the highest mountain in southern Tuscany. Over the years a sculpture park has been created there with works of art/installations by artist friends, but also with many of his own sculptures: Il Giardino di Daniel Spoerri. The number of works of art is still being expanded, but there are currently 87 objects by 42 artists. The motto "hic terminus haeret" is attached above the entrance.
