Your room in Reggio Emilia

Our two-bed guestroom and its bathroom open onto a corridor a bit apart from the other family bedrooms.
The bathroom is for your exclusive use.
The room sleeps up to two people. The beds can be prepared as twin beds or one double.
Breakfast is included.
We provide sheets and towels, shampoo, soap and shower foam (beach towels, too, if you plan a day out by the swimming pool or a seaside trip), as well as a hairdryer.
Free WiFi connection is available.
The laundry room (washing machine, iron board, drying rack) is at the guests' disposal, too.
The living room is shared with the rest of the family.
The flat is on the ground floor, just a few steps up. It is in a quiet location, just a few minutes from the old town center, and well connected by public transport; just 1 km to the station and the Reggio Children International Center (by the way, our children have attended preschools here and we still have lots of memories to share). Parking in the neighborhood is no issue. And we have a couple of bikes to lend you if you want to cycle a bit around... cycling is the best way to discover Reggio Emilia.

PS - Tourist Tax: The Municipality of Reggio Emilia requires a tourist tax to be paid in the amount of 1€ per night for max 5 nights in a row. The tourist tax will have to be paid on-site in cash and is not included in the Fairbnb fee.
