The tower of Palazzo Pellari is one of the fourteen main towers of San Gimignano and is located in Piazza Pecori.
The exact construction date of the tower is unknown, but one document places it before 1237. The tower has a simple parallelepiped shape with a pyramidal roof; it has no windows on the square and is covered by the filaretto.
The Pellari Palace is distinguished by its brick facade with a corridor decoration. On the ground floor, on the other hand, it has a stone cladding, cut into well-profiled blocks, above which open two portals with lowered arches.
