The palace was built in 1765 in a maze of intersecting alleys.
The facade of the palace features the coat of arms of the Natoli family: a crenellated tower from which a banner emerges and on which a rampant lion leans.
The interior is characterized by an elegant two-storey staircase , a very large and picturesque entrance hall and several interior rooms richly decorated with frescoes and stuccowork.
Of artistic value in the inner halls is the cycle of frescoes by Gioacchino Martorana and his school with several allegorical scenes: an oval painting depicts a "Madonna and Child praying to Saint Vincent Ferreri" among a group of angels appearing among clouds, by Martorana is "The Assumption between Angels and Archangels" which covers the ceiling of a large hall.
The palace has been restored and cataloged by experts from the High Council of Fine Arts. Since the 2000s it has been divided into private apartments and partly converted into a hotel.
