Dahu Trail

The Dahu Trail is a cycling and hiking route that develops in Val Chisone through the territories of Perosa Argentina, Pomaretto, Roure, and Fenestrelle. Along the route, there are information points, picnic areas, and e-bike charging points.
The trail takes its name from the Dahu, an animal known especially, but not only, in the European Francophone area, considered by many to be legendary. The issue is controversial because its presence has been reported in different eras and in various areas of the Alpine arch, both in Italy and in France and Switzerland. Some reports have also come from the Pyrenees and the Zugspitze massif of the Wetterstein Mountains in the northern Salzburg Alps.
