The chairlift Vianden in the municipality of Vianden is the only chairlift in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The valley station is located on Rue du Sanatorium at about 210 meters above sea level. The total distance traveled, initially over the Our and the road to Bivels, to the mountain station at about 370 meters above sea level, is 459 meters. There is a viewpoint on a rock outcrop between the districts of Romeberg and Milleberg as well as an inn. From there, one has a panoramic view over the municipality, Vianden Castle, and the dam of the Vianden pumped storage power plant.
