We did this walk counterclockwise on February 23, 2022. We parked the car at the "Monument for the 6th Armored Division". The path is very well marked; follow this marking and the arrows on the wandering trees.

It is a wonderful calf bite that allows the hiker to descend through the valley of "Bëschlocherbaach" to the confluence with the "Stroumbaach", which is followed down to the confluence with the "Our". The "Our", which forms the natural border between "Luxembourg" and "Germany", is followed at different heights along the slope for 6 km to the campsite "Tintesmühle", where one ascends into the valley of "Hengeschterbaach". Take a moment to enjoy a beautiful view of the "Kailslee", a viewpoint that offers a nice view of the "Our Valley" and the campsite "Tintesmühle".

visitluxembourg.com writes the following about this walk; "The path begins in Heinerscheid. Pause and think of the monument for the 6th Armored Division. Then you slowly descend, step by step, towards Our valley. Before you descend, you walk on a steep rocky ridge, the Kasselslee. From here you can see the river Our for the first time, which will accompany you for much of the way. Finally, the ascent leads you back to the viewpoint Kailslee out of the valley of Notre."

Make sure you have well-greased and strong calves because you will really need them.
