Beautiful, varied walk through the woods south of 'Beckerich'. The hike is mostly on paved but quiet bike paths. At the beginning of the walk, you pass the Kahlenberg in front of the chapel. This chapel "St. Job Chapel" is one of the oldest sanctuaries in the country. In the Middle Ages it was a kind of pilgrimage, especially for the afflicted. Near the chapel there is a cross with the image of St. Job, erected in the year one thousand seven hundred. Beckerich is also known for its mineral water.
