Berlé is one of the eight beautiful villages typical of the Ardennes and is located at some distance from the N15. The villages of Berlé, Doncols, Grümelscheid, Pommerloch and Noertrange on the plateaus as well as Schleif, Sonlez and Winseler in a valley together form the municipality of Winseler.
The hike leads over the plateau 'Buurgknapp' in the valley of the stream 'Sonlez', to the village of the same name at the mill 'Sonlez' it goes directly into a meadow (cows) and then through the forest into the open plain 'Neufs Champs'. After the open plain you descend again into the valley of the 'Donkelserbaach', after which you return to the starting point.
This hike is highly recommended in good weather. The beautiful views and the beautiful valleys of the creeks offer relaxation and tranquility to the hiker.
