This impressive club house and restaurant was built by Spaniards who had raised money to support Spain in the war with the U.S. over Cuba. By the time the fundraising was finished, the war had already ended; therefore, in 1903 this building was constructed with the funds. The restaurant is of excellent quality, and the patio with the glass curtain and the shields of the provinces of Spain is stunning.
