Erehof Stavoren is a part of the general cemetery of Stavoren, located next to the Dutch Reformed church on Voorstraat. There are 7 stones, 5 stones bear the following names:
On September 5, 1942, a Lancaster bomber, the R5755 of the 207 Squadron, crashed east of Medemblik into the IJsselmeer. There is a suspicion that the aircraft was shot down by a German fighter. All 7 crew members lost their lives. Radio telegrapher J.C. Luton is buried in this honorary grave. The other crew members are:
