If you come from the historical city center of Kampen and walk under the Broeder or Cellebroeder gate, you will end up in the beautifully landscaped 'Groene Hart' of Kampen. The city park was planned in accordance with ideas and under the guidance of the famous landscape architects J.D. Zocher and his son L.P. Zocher. Later expansions were carried out by landscape architect L.A. Springer.
