A Rest Point offers the possibility of a short stop with coffee, tea or lemonade with some goodies, with residents in the outskirts of Salland. The Rest Points are clearly marked by means of a Rest Point sign and opened when the sign is actually 'open' on it.
In the hamlet of Egede, a rural area of the municipality of Hellendoorn, our farm is located between the Overijssel canal and the Regge. In 2008 the 'kokhuus' with kokkepot and the 'huussie' (old outdoor toilet) were completely restored and put back into use. The toilet visit is a true experience, it looks like in 1908 but meets the requirements of 2008!
Coffee, tea, lemonade with a delicious slice of homemade cake are waiting for you. According to what the season has to offer, we sell products from our own yard.
