Museum 't Fiskershúske is a museum complex of old fishermen's houses in the Frisian town of Moddergat.
The history of the museum in Moddergat begins in 1962 when the Regional Museum "Het Admiraliteitshuis" in Dokkum purchased the building It Fiskerhúske at Visserspad 4 in Moddergat and had it restored. The cottage was converted into an old fisherman's house. The Museum 't Fiskershúske foundation was established for the museum's function. Gradually, the museum expanded with the restoration and addition in 1973 of the buildings Visserspad no. 6 and no. 8. In 1987 an exhibition space was built at no. 8a on the Visserspad. Since 1990, Klaske's house and its penitential house have also been in the possession of the museum. The buildings Visserspad 4, 6, 8 and the boethuisje are recognized as national monuments. In 2003, the former shrimp factory of Moddergat was purchased. After restoration, this building was put into use in 2004.
