The Dominican Church, also known as the Dominicaner Church, is a Gothic church building in the center of the Dutch city of Maastricht, located at the Dominikanerkerkplein, near the Vrijthof. The church was built in the 13th century as a monastery church for the Order of Preachers or Dominicans. At the end of the 18th century, the monastery was dissolved and the church served various functions. Since 2007, a bookstore has been established there. The Dominican Church is a national monument. In the interior, there is a 14th-century fresco depicting scenes from the life of Saint Thomas Aquinas.
