Café "de Meester" is a rural café with a terrace, located at Zuidbuurtseweg number 57 in Zoeterwoude. The café has been established since September 1993 in the old headmaster's house of the Catholic boys' school and dates back to 1868.
In addition to an extensive assortment of drinks, the café also has a small menu with various baguettes, soup, and satay. Of course, you can also try various specialities from Zoeterwoude in our café. How about the 'Watertje' from Zoeterwoude or the widely praised Zoeterwoude farmer's cheese?
The café is a great starting point for a walking or cycling tour through the Land van Wijk en Wouden.
The café is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00 PM and on Sundays from 12:00 PM, closing at 2:00 AM. (From October to April, open on Sundays from 4:00 PM) On other days, we are open by request for your drinks or reception.
