De Jonge Sophia is a flour mill on the Wilgenweg in Groot-Ammers, in the Dutch municipality of Molenlanden. The ground sailer was built in 1773 on the border between the villages of Ottoland and Goudriaan, a good location to grind for both villages. Due to changes in the environment, the Young Sophia stood in a corner of a business park from which he was moved by volunteers in October 1999 to prevent further decay. On March 27, 2004, Young Sophia recovered; On March 30, 2007, the mill, which has since been repaired, was officially put into operation. In the mill there is a pair of grinding stones, with which grinding is done on a voluntary basis.
