Sint-Annen is a village in the municipality of Groningen in the Dutch province of Groningen. According to the CBS, the village has 185 inhabitants, and according to the municipality, it has 200 inhabitants. Until January 1, 2019, the village belonged to the municipality of Ten Boer. The nickname for the residents is 'potjebulen', which stands for 'complainers'. Potjebuul is a Groningen term for a porridge dish, also known as stip in 't kuiltje.
