In 2019, the Trappist sisters of this abbey were looking for a new form of income. They thought of doing something with the recently purchased nature reserve around their abbey. And they wanted it to stay quiet and still bring in a decent euro. The result was a nature cemetery. You can buy an eternal resting place in nature, for just over 4000 euros, or 7000 euros for two. You may not put a gravestone or sign there. It must remain nature. Your relatives will receive an exact coordinate that you can look up in an app to find the exact position of the cemetery.
