Keent is a new nature reserve of 300 hectares that is named after the nearby hamlet of Keent. The area is largely located in the municipality of Oss and for a small part in the municipality of Grave.
The nature reserve consists of parts of the Keentse Uiterwaard and the Lage Wijth, which lies outside the meander. It is a relatively high-altitude area that has always been used for agricultural purposes, but of which 400 hectares have been designated as nature
