Antum is a mound in the Dutch province of Groningen. The mound is located north of Garnwerd, between the Reitdiep and the Aduarderdiep. The road from Garnwerd to Aduarderzijl runs over the mound, a remnant of which towers over the landscape like a slice of cake.
Antum used to be a large and tall mound. The origin of the name Antum is unknown. When the Civil Registry was introduced in 1811, the peasant family of the lord next door had themselves named after the mound with the surname Antuma.
