New Ebbingestraat

The Nieuwe Ebbingestraat is a shopping street in the Dutch city of Groningen. The street runs from the Diepenring, continuing from the Oude Ebbingestraat, to the Noorderplantsoen. Both Ebbingestraat streets form the traditional access route to the city for travelers from the Hogeland region of the province of Groningen.

Located just outside the city center of Groningen, the street features shops, businesses, lunchrooms, and restaurants that attract many visitors. Above many shops, there are (student) residences. Several restaurants - Chinese, Greek, Italian - serve a neighborhood function.
