In the past, IJzendijke had three windmills. Only De Witte Juffer remains. The old post mill with Flemish cap was originally a ground sailor. The mill was built in 1841 and destroyed during World War II. The restoration in 1965 brought the high round stone mill back to its original state. In the evening, the mill is beautifully illuminated.
