The Ur is a stream in the Dutch province of Limburg, which runs from Stein to the Meuse near Urmond.
The stream originates at the mission station on the Driekoulenweg in Elsloo, from a number of wells called Zonput and Ceciliaput. Near Stein Castle, near the A76 motorway, the Ur flows from the hills of South Limburg into the valley of the Maas and then runs along the Juliana Canal. It flows mainly through agricultural areas. The stream is led under this canal by an open tube culvert and eventually flows into the Meuse at Urmond on the right bank, at Meuse kilometer 37.2. It is a so-called gravel fan estuary. At the mouth there are a few weirs and a concrete bridge.
