The Wilhelminapier is a high-density urban area at the Kop van Zuid in Rotterdam. Since March 3, 2010, it has been part of the Feijenoord district.
The elongated area is located along the Nieuwe Maas at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge and has been characterized by high-rise buildings and modern facilities since the turn of the century. Near the Wilhelminapier, the Wilhelminaplein subway station opened in 1997. Since 2001, the new Luxor Theater has been located at the Wilhelminapier. At the end of 2013, De Rotterdam, designed by Rem Koolhaas, was completed. This building is 150 meters tall.
