The Eemskanaal Noordzijde is a street in the city of Groningen that runs along the north side of the Eemskanaal from the Damstersingel in the west to the Damsterpad and the lock chamber of the Oostersluis in the Van Starkenborghkanaal on the east side.
Along the western part of the street, which forms the southern boundary of the Damsterbuurt, there are buildings from the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, followed by single-family homes and apartment buildings from the Damsterbuurt III plan. The eastern part consists of commercial buildings and a marina.
